All payments made toward the Elixzor program, including course access, toolkit purchases, and VIP upgrades, are strictly non-refundable. As the program operates on a limited-seat model and grants immediate access to digital materials and reserved cohort placement, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted after successful registration.
You are responsible for attending the session at your chosen schedule. Missing the session does not qualify for a refund, reschedule, or replay.
In rare cases of duplicate payment or technical billing errors from the payment gateway, contact us at paul@elixzorconsulting.com within 48 hours and we will assist.
